Pear-lemongrass-mint is our only 100% honey-sweetened soda. It is bright, light and lovely, nicely round and largely naturally sweetened from a rotating variety of eco-certified standard and asian pears from our neighbors at Champlain Orchards in Shoreham, VT. Lemongrass - either locally grown or the tropical variety depending on season and availability - gives it beachy vibes, while a combo of spearmint and peppermint brings out the crispness of the pears and makes it wildly refreshing. Excellent on its own in any season, a slam dunk of a mixer with gin, rum, or bourbon, this rotating classic is not to be missed.
